Advanced
Muscle ups take a lot of body strength. Muscle ups work out your lats, core, forearms,biceps, triceps, and grip strength. There is also a technique to doing them. The first muscle up is the hardest. Once you get on top of the bar, use momentum to strength to throw your body back up. They are harder to do on rings then on a bar.
Intermediate
This stretches your shoulders, biceps, upper back, and makes it less like to injure yourself.
Beginner
This is a good stretch to increase flexibility and range of motion. It will make you less likely to injure your shoulders.This stretch stretches your lats and abs and also aligns your spine.
